Master of Science in Digital Media

ISNM's Master of Science in Digital Media is a postgraduate, interdisciplinary study programme which aims to develop well-rounded individuals who can go on to lead teams and organizations in international, interdisciplinary, and intercultural environments. Participants gain a thorough grounding in digital media, as well as having the opportunity to study subjects that are closely aligned to their particular specializations and interests. Key skills acquired by participants include techniques in digital media, e-commerce and information management, ubiquitous computing, cultural studies, information architecture and data management, design, privacy and information security, and many others. The course is taught entirely in English.

The 24-months Master of Science programme in Digital Media at the ISNM International School of New Media at the University of Luebeck always begins once a year in October, i.e. the next start of the Masters programme is October 1, 2006. It is a full-time programme, requiring presence at the ISNM in Luebeck, Germany.
Applications to the M.Sc. programme are accepted now and on a rolling basis throughout the year until the deadlines indicated further below. Early applications are strongly recommended,

• to secure one of the only 40 study places available in October 2006,
• to qualify for outside scholarships (highly recommended!)
• to have enough time for the visa application process (ca. 2 - 3 months),
• to have enough time to make your financial, health insurance and travel arrangements,
• to qualify and apply for special ISNM Scholarships and Financial Aid.

Please note that you can apply and qualify for any scholarship and financial aid only, after you have applied and been granted admission to the M.Sc. programme.
