Blogging A mobile blogging model and architecture were developed based
on mobile device in combined with identification tags “Semacode” and
therefore leave “blog traces” in a physical environment. Campus
memories is working prototype based JAVA technology was delivered.
JAX-RPC web services, CLDC mobile programming, SOAP & XML protocols
were the main technology elements. The results were published in the
TENCompetence workshop in Manchester 11th 12th January 2007.

::Phase I eyeJOT is an interactive community bulletin system based on
ubiquitous computing technologies. Users (students, faculty, etc.) can
access their information about campus news, activities and a semester
schedule. eyeJOT uses a combination of new technology as Bluetooth and
SMS together with a new navigation metaphor combine distance and time.
It provides detailed snapshots while at the same time providing
overviews of life on campus.
