The fundamental error of social networks is the randomness.
And, of course, that's also the cornerstone.
Events/occasions designed to bring social activism projects together need to more carefully consider and target their drawing cards. The 'coolness' factor is very key. People within this sector need to feel like they are involved in a collective of the underground.
This is really tricky; how do advertise something that is underground? Advertising loses the appeal of cool and exclusive, but cool and exclusive loses the growth potential. Or does it?
When you select the right group of people ie. early adopters or hubs, they do the work for you. They create the memes and send them out there.
But how do you do this?
